Taraqee Foundation has been making efforts in education sector since 1996 and striving to improve formal & informal education in Pakistan particularly in Balochistan. Female education is ignored in the entire country from a long ago and a lot of efforts were made to mobilize people regarding the importance of female education.

Since the inception of Taraqee Foundation, several interventions have been done to support education sector with the generous funding from different donors i.e., UNICEF, UNOCHA, UNWFP, PPAF, AKF(P), ILO, UWI, JSI, UN-HABITAT, TVO, Mercy Corps and UNHCR.
